You Can’t See Me
A reflection on how I can feel at times. Sometimes we put ourselves out there, even when the personal risk seems too great. We just want to hide and hope that no one really sees us. But the very act of putting yourself out there, even when feeling that way, is what keeps us connected to the world and brings about new relationships and conversations. Those moments and connections in turn, can give us the strength to overcome obstacles, that are put before us, or that we may place on ourselves. Be brave. Be you.
Created for the Draw For Young Lives exhibition, held in the UK throughout 2020 and 2021, raising funds for Papyrus, a UK suicide prevention and mental health organisation.
