Please note that all art prints are ordered on demand so as to protect our beautiful world and not chop down too many trees. Australian delivery of these orders may take up to 3 weeks.
All other orders are shipped via Sendle, and occasionally with Australia Post, and will take 2-5 days if in stock. Please also note that some regional areas may take up to 10 days. Once your order leaves us, Sendle send you a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order. We’re not able to ship to post office boxes, as we require a signature as proof of delivery or permission of authority to leave. Please be aware that sometimes delays occur, and once your order is with the courier it is out of our control. Please get in touch with Sendle via your email from them, if such an issue arrises.
International shipping costs are also calculated at check out.
Please note that import duties, taxes and charges aren’t included in the product price or shipping costs. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to find out what these costs might be. We’re not able to ship to post office boxes, as we require a signature as proof of delivery or permission of authority to leave.
Lost or missing parcels
If you don’t receive your parcel within a reasonable timeframe, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address, arrival at the wrong location due to incorrect delivery address, or those held up due to international customs. Please also bear in mind global shipping delays due to Covid 19.
When your lovely purchase leaves us, all items are in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please email us at email@example.com within three days of the arrival your package for instructions. We ask that you include photos of the damaged items and packaging and keep all contents and packaging for insurance claim purposes. Please be aware we are not responsible for any damages in transit and we don’t take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers.
